What you will do
- Develop logistics plans, timelines, and kit lists for event materials and equipment.
- Supervise logistics for event setup, operation, and dismantling; ensure H&S compliance throughout.
- Manage inventory, storage, and maintenance of event materials; run audits and cycle counts.
- Lead logistics staff and manage 3PL providers and vendors to SLA.
- Track budgets and analyze logistics data for efficiency improvements.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in logistics, warehouse management, or event operations.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or business administration preferred.
- Strong Excel, ERP (e.g. SAP), and logistics software skills.
- Solid grasp of transport management and inventory control; basic knowledge of event construction materials.
