Smart matching
Pick one of your vacancies. We list the readable candidates that meet its fixed criteria (field, city, experience, Saudization); anything already scored shows at once, ranked. New scoring has the smart advisor write a score out of 100 and its reason.
Press “Find the fitting candidates”. Nothing is fetched or scored before you press.
Scoring people who did not apply to your vacancy is not enabled on this server (an owner decision). They are listed with their fixed criteria and no score; only those who applied are scored.
Sent to the smart advisor: the vacancy text, the candidate's professional fields and the readable CV text (which may contain what the candidate wrote in it). Name, phone, email, nationality and residence are not sent as fields. Nothing starts until you press.
Talent pool
The platform's bank of readable CVs, newest first, loaded a page at a time. A CV whose text was not read never appears here.

Subscribe to the recruitment platform

Prices exclude 15% VAT, which is added at checkout. Only the yearly plan can be split with Tamara.
