Second: Subscription Category

The subscriber must choose their subscription tier: Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond, as detailed on the Business Partner packages page.

Third: Subscription Term

The subscription is valid for one full Gregorian year from the date the subscription form is signed, and renews automatically unless the subscriber notifies Business Partner of their wish not to renew at least one month before the subscription end date, via the non-renewal form available on the site, or unless the subscription is terminated under Section Nine.

Fourth: Service Availability

Business Partner makes its best effort to provide the service around the clock, including official holidays, and bears no liability if the service is unavailable for any reason.

Fifth: Subscriber Obligations

  1. The subscriber undertakes not to obstruct the service and to cooperate with Business Partner so the service reaches their establishment as quickly as possible; failing to cooperate entitles the provider to terminate the subscription.
  2. The subscriber undertakes not to abuse Business Partner's staff or the company itself, and to follow proper channels for any complaints; breaching this obligates the subscriber to pay compensation for any resulting damage or loss per applicable Saudi regulations, and to bear any fines issued against them by the relevant authorities.
  3. The subscriber bears full responsibility for requests made by the employee or representative authorized to deal with Business Partner as named in the subscription form.
  4. The subscriber may not request the service be provided to any establishment other than the one named in the signed subscription form.
  5. The subscriber may not claim compensation for service delays caused by technical faults or other causes beyond Business Partner's control.
  6. The subscriber undertakes to provide Business Partner with all usernames and passwords for the establishment's government-entity accounts, and to notify the company immediately if they change.

Sixth: Service Activation

The service begins after the subscription fee is paid. Should the subscriber wish to change their package or add new services after signing the subscription form, this is accommodated provided the required documents are available and the difference for added services is paid.

Seventh: Service Cost

The subscriber pays the subscription amount stated in the subscription form and bears no other amounts during the subscription term. This amount does not include any government fees or similar charges — it covers the service fee only.

Eighth: Dispute Resolution

This subscription is governed by, executed and interpreted under the regulations in force in Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from this subscription that is not resolved amicably shall be settled in accordance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Ninth: General Provisions

  1. Business Partner bears no responsibility for problems arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the subscriber or by the relevant authorities via the establishment's system.
  2. Business Partner bears no responsibility for violations issued against the establishment for any reason, and the subscriber may not hold it liable for them.
  3. Business Partner bears no liability for any losses (direct or indirect) incurred by the subscriber arising from performance of this subscription.
  4. Business Partner reserves the right to limit the use of the service by capping the services provided.
  5. The subscriber agrees to release Business Partner from liability for errors by telecom providers or government-entity websites, such as connectivity failures.
  6. The subscriber agrees that Business Partner has the right to dispose of or not produce original documents, and that copies provided by Business Partner bearing its logo and seal are considered valid evidence before the relevant authorities and courts.
  7. Business Partner may terminate the subscription at will without restriction, or if the subscriber uses the system for purposes other than intended, breaches any of the service's terms, or if the relevant authorities request the service be stopped for the subscriber. Only in this case are amounts paid for the remaining subscription period refunded, without any further claim for compensation; the subscription also ends in the event of force majeure.
  8. The subscriber may not request in-person visits to government or quasi-government entities, as the service is limited to managing electronic services; the subscriber is responsible for arranging any needed in-person visits.

Tenth: Terms Specific to Business Partner Packages

  1. All preceding terms from Section One through Section Nine apply to the Business Partner packages subscription service.
  2. The provider may change the package subscription pricing upon renewal or when new services are added; the subscriber (or their representative) continuing the subscription after being notified of the change is considered acceptance of the new price and an undertaking to pay the resulting amounts and fees.
  3. Management of Ministry of Human Resources services is limited to the electronic service available in the establishment's account per applicable regulations; the subscriber may not request Business Partner to carry out any non-regulatory transaction.
  4. Management of Ministry of Commerce services is limited to the following electronic services only: CR renewal, CR cancellation, CR amendment, and trade name reservation.

  13. Where included in the package, the burden-reduction service is limited to registering the subscriber's establishment in available government initiatives, or a general review of the establishment's status, assisting decision-makers with a report where possible.

  15. Where included in the package, social-media marketing is limited to creating establishment accounts and linking them to its website; paid advertising fees on those platforms, if desired, are the subscriber's responsibility.
  16. Where included in the package, employee qualification & training is limited to a set number of employees per the package; increasing that number, if desired, incurs an additional fee on a separate invoice.
  17. The internal-regulations preparation service is limited to the Ministry of Human Resources aspect; each employee's contract is prepared once per year, and the subscriber may not request contracts be redrafted more than once a year unless otherwise agreed.
