Service description

We help non-Saudi individuals and companies own property in Saudi Arabia under the Non-Saudi Real Estate Ownership Law (effective 2026) via REGA's Saudi Properties portal. We handle eligibility and approved-zone review, digital identity (Nafath) for individuals or MISA registration and a unified number for companies, document translation and legalization, matching you to a property inside an approved zone, submitting and tracking the portal application, and coordinating e-notarization and title transfer through to deed issuance. Government fees (up to 5% transfer fee + 5% RETT ≈ 10%) are separate and disclosed.

Required documents

• Proof of identity: Iqama (resident) · Nafath digital identity (non-resident) · MISA unified number (companies)
• Foreign companies: home-country Commercial Registration, translated and authenticated by the Saudi Embassy
• Foreign companies: articles of incorporation (translated & certified) + a certified power of attorney appointing a representative
• Property details, confirmed to be inside an approved ownership zone (and the client a Saudi company or Muslim individual if in Makkah/Madinah)
• Payment of government fees: real estate transfer fee (up to 5%) + Real Estate Transaction Tax (5%)
