New trademark registration
A complete service for registering, transferring and documenting trademarks with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP), for individuals and companies in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf and worldwide, with no need to attend in person or operate inside the Kingdom. It covers registration, renewal to keep protection in force, and transfer of ownership.
Required documents
- Detailed description of the mark and the classification of goods/services (Nice class)
- Copy of official documents (Commercial Registration or ID)
- Formal assignment agreement (for transfer of ownership)
- Renewal request before protection expires (for renewals)
- Power of attorney attested by the Saudi embassy (for companies outside the Kingdom)
