您将负责什么
- Lead the printing team; allocate daily tasks and run toolbox talks.
- Operate large-format inkjet, UV flatbed printers, and vinyl plotters (Durst, HP Latex class).
- Prepare machines and substrates; monitor runs for color consistency and registration.
- Oversee post-print finishing: trimming, laminating, mounting to rigid substrates, weeding vinyl.
- Run equipment maintenance schedules; keep a safe workspace with proper ink and solvent handling.

- 5+ years leading large-format print production for events, exhibitions, or activations.
- Proven team leadership with strong communication.
- Deep knowledge of substrates, inks, and finishing processes.
- ERP/inventory software basics and Excel reporting a plus.
