- Source and compare quotations for raw materials, consumables, and spare parts.
- Issue purchase orders and chase urgent deliveries against production deadlines.
- Build reliable supplier relationships for wood, steel, foam, fabric, print media, and paint.
- Coordinate with stores on receiving inspection and stock levels.
- Track spending against budgets and keep procurement records clean.
我们期待什么样的人
- 3+ years in procurement or purchasing, preferably fabrication, construction, or events.
- Knowledge of local material markets and supplier landscape.
- Negotiation skills and urgency discipline for last-minute event needs.
- Strong Excel/ERP skills; Arabic and working English.
