Reclaim your paid government fees — if you stay compliant
Monsha'at refunds SMEs their paid government fees (registration until 31 Dec 2026, payouts through 2028). Eligibility isn't a one-time checkbox — it's continuous compliance: one expired certificate or a Nitaqat slip stops your payment. That's exactly why you need an operating partner.
Fees covered by the initiative
Fees already waived under other government programs are excluded.
- Publishing the incorporation contract (once)
- CR issuance & renewal
- Converting an establishment into a company
- Chamber of Commerce subscription & renewal
- Municipal licenses for the activity
- Saudi Post subscription
- One trademark registration
- 80% of the expat levy (المقابل المالي) per worker, yearly — per the quota criteria (15–30 workers by activity & entity)
- Economic-activity license issuance & renewal fees
- One patent registration
Your refund lives and dies on compliance
These are the official conditions — and the most common reasons payments get cut off:
Valid CR — suspended or struck CRs are disqualified
Valid size certificate & activity licenses — an expiry DURING the refund period stops your payment
Meeting the Saudization ratios of Nitaqat Developed
Started activity 2024–2026, within 3 years (first employee registration is the marker)
Accurate data & complete documents — mismatches close the request
Notifying the authority before changing your CR activity
This is literally why we exist as your operating partner
We don't just submit your Estrdad request — we keep your establishment refund-eligible every single day through 2028.
Continuous compliance watch
The Compliance Agent tracks your CR, certificates, licenses and Nitaqat daily and alerts you BEFORE anything expires — so your refund never stops.
