Electrical Team Leader — Events Workshop

What you will do

• Lead the electrical team; allocate daily tasks and run toolbox talks.
• Install and integrate lighting, power distribution, and electrical components into scenic elements and event structures.
• Read electrical schematics and coordinate with designers, foam, steel, and carpentry sections.
• Test all wiring and connections before dispatch; support on-site power-up and troubleshooting.
• Enforce electrical safety standards and proper isolation on the workshop floor and at venues.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of electrical work, preferably in events, exhibitions, or site installations.
• Proven team leadership with strong communication.
• Reads electrical schematics and technical drawings; safe wiring and testing practices.
• Electrical certification or vocational diploma preferred.
