What you will do
- Prepare surfaces: clean, sand, fill, and prime wood, metal, foam, and plastics.
- Apply paint, enamel, varnish, and lacquer with spray guns, rollers, and brushes.
- Create custom scenic finishes, faux textures, and effects to designer specs.
- Mix and match colors to exact custom requirements.
- Inspect finishes for quality; maintain spray booths and equipment; follow HSE chemical-handling rules.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of professional painting in industrial, fabrication, or scenic shops.
- Proficient with spray equipment, power tools, and sanders.
- Exceptional attention to finish detail; able to juggle multiple projects.
- Physical stamina for lifting, long standing, and varied temperatures.
