Production Manager — Events Fabrication

What you will do

• Develop and manage production schedules based on factory capacity, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Review technical drawings with the design team to ensure production feasibility.
• Supervise, train, and mentor workshop staff across carpentry, metal fabrication, printing, foam, and painting.
• Manage materials, inventory, budgets, and cost estimates; reduce wastage.
• Enforce quality standards and HSE compliance; inspect final outputs before dispatch.
• Pre-plan and oversee on-site installation and dismantlement; report weekly to management.

What we are looking for

• 10+ years as a production manager in the events industry across carpentry, metalwork, printing, foam, and painting shops.
• Deep understanding of fabrication techniques and material sourcing.
• MS Office required; CAD or ERP experience preferred.
• Strong team management; bachelor's degree in engineering or production management preferred.
