Service description
A complete worker-housing solution under MoMaH's collective-housing supervision guide (ministerial decision 4600218548/1). Any facility housing 20+ workers needs an operating license and faces quarterly inspections by four-ministry committees; operating unlicensed carries fines up to SAR 10,000 and possible closure. We provide ready licensed housing or license your existing one: Balady license, Ejar contract attestation, Civil Defense certificate, bulk Muqeem address updates — plus optional catering, transport and operations management.
